Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE systems in alignment with OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and company policies.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections.
• Analyze incident/near-miss data to develop preventive strategies.
• Deliver HSE trainings including OSHA awareness, emergency response, and safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, confined space entry, and other critical operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and safety documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement across all safety processes and operational activities.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within logistics or industrial operations.
• Mandatory/Preferred Certifications:
✓ NEBOSH IGC
✓ OSHA (General Industry / Construction)
✓ NIOSH
• Strong knowledge of international HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and incident investigation skills.
• Ability to influence teams and enforce safety standards under pressure.
